EXcellent service usually, however the serviceman that came this time wasn't experienced enough and I wasn't satisfied with his results. I have been using this company for many years now and never had any problems. Upon contacting Express Plumbing again they sent out 2 servicemen who knew exactly what was wrong with my mixer shower tap and fixed it straight away. Always get excellent service from this company, just one tiny hiccup, but all ends well. Thank you Express Plumbing.
Express Plumbing were excellent to deal with. I only had to wait 2 days for an appointment, as it was a non-urgent plumbing issue. The plumber was polite and professional, the problem was identified quickly and well explained. I was really happy with the service. I would recommend express plumbing.
We contacted Express Plumbing to have our gas heater removed. They sent Patrick out the same day to give us a quote. When we were ready and they were contacted it was done first thing the next day. Very prompt and efficient, highly recommended.
Great business - can highly recommend. We have used them a few times and happily provide them with return business. Most important for plumbing issues, they are reliable. This time we needed a hot water tap capped as our new washing machine only had a cold water inlet. The plumber (Paddy) turned up on time, was efficient and neat. We also asked him to look at a noisy toilet while he was there and he identified the issue and made an appointment to come back and fix it. Just an outstanding experience with the Express Plumbing team, particularly with Jack, our amazing plumber. We were urgently reconstructing our bathroom due to my son having brain cancer and needing an accessible bathroom. Jack coordinated the whole thing, and was very calm, capable, and thought of all kinds of details I could not. Very thorough and careful, and completed with such care of us during this very difficult time. I'd absolutely recommend these folks to anyone.
