Can only give one star cause no option to give zero. I guess the only interaction I have had with them is they answered their phone. Was told to expect a call or an email. None received. Been a week now, obviously not interested in selling my house. Oh well, plenty of estate agents in townsville.

Excellent team, excellent people I work out of town and I needed to put my property on the rental market, they guided me and made the things easy for me. They also looking after the tenants properly, for what I am grateful as my time to deal with the property is limited. Jade is the best property manager, she gets out of her way to solve any issues with excellent communication and management skills. Horrific property managers. You’ll lose a lot of money, you’ll hardly ever get any answers to any of your questions and your properties won’t be property maintained under their management.

Thieves,painted the property,took 4 days cleaning,floor to ceiling. Ex army know places you wouldn't check.NO,they said place virtually was ,a brothel RENT ,rouse by $60 a week.Not worth anything over $ 200. This is a realestate ,steal,again. NOT TRUST WORTHY,THE PLACE IS FALLING DOWN.
