Extremely disappointed with this real estate agency. They promised professional cleaning before the sale was finalized but failed to deliver. The backyard was only partially cleaned, and green waste that was supposed to be removed 15 days ago is still there. I even bagged 10 bags of it myself, and despite my request for them to collect it for a function I have today, the waste remains and is now rotting and smelling.
