I had a fantastic experience at Evelyn Faye Nutrition. They truly have all the supplements one could possibly need, with an incredibly comprehensive selection. Really nice modern pharmacy that rises western and Eastern remedies nicely. You can find products all the way from the US and Germany to South Korea and right at home from Australia. The staff are super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend for natural herbs, protein powders, and skincare/ body care serums, lotions, shampoos and more.
One consultant sent us from one store to another, the second consultant approved the script, and when go to pay, then a third said they can’t give us an item that’s freely available online. Conflicting information. And waste of time. Been shopping with Evelyn for over 5 years, I’ve never had such a disappointing experience.
I have been going Evelyn Faye in Sth Melbourne for yrs now. I don’t live close by, but due to their great prices and great service I try and shop at least once a month. I just had another great experience when I called and felt the need to share.. I just spoke to Zoe and she was so helpful and lovely to deal with. Also recently dealt with Chris over the phone and he was great too. Definitely recommend.
Great customer service. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with supplements. Been customer to this place for over 7 years now and always find something new to try.
