These guys are the best. They offer a gigantic variety of product at very good prices. But the main service that I love about Evelyn Faye South Melbourne is that they take the time to recommend the best product for my needs, they recommend alternative when a product is out of stock with the manufacturer, all these advice provided by clinical naturopathic who know what they're talking about. They're the best!
Customer service is a bit hit and miss. In my experience, the female with all the tattoos is a bit rude. Staff would prefer to talk amongst themselves rather than offer help to customers.
I have been purchasing my supplements from this establishment on a few occasions, and my previous experiences have been positive, with helpful staff and excellent recommendations. Regrettably, my experience today around 2 PM was not as favorable. One of the two staff members present did not seem in a nice mood and the person assisting me appeared somewhat judgmental and annoyed by my questions. I was simply seeking guidance on selecting suitable enzymes, as I am not very knowledgeable in that area.
Really nice modern pharmacy that rises western and Eastern remedies nicely. You can find products all the way from the US and Germany to South Korea and right at home from Australia. The staff are super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend for natural herbs, protein powders, and skincare/ body care serums, lotions, shampoos and more.
I have been going Evelyn Faye in Sth Melbourne for yrs now. I don’t live close by, but due to their great prices and great service I try and shop at least once a month. I just had another great experience when I called and felt the need to share.. I just spoke to Zoe and she was so helpful and lovely to deal with. Also recently dealt with Chris over the phone and he was great too. Definitely recommend.
