After five months and three different mechanics who were all unable to diagnose the cause of the coolant leak in my Mercedes sprinter motorhome, I took it to Eurostar. The team at Eurostar are great. We were having a B service on our 2008 518 V6 Motorhome. They found a few items that needed addressing. So glad they did as it made a lot of difference on the trip home. Also their workshop you could eat your meal of the floor, it's that clean. We were made to feel very welcome with coffee if we wanted. We waited for the work to be done.
I took my ex-ambulance sprinter campervan for an inspection before buying it back in 2021 and I have been servicing there since. Working on the industry I have never seen a more detail explanation on what it’s needed to do on my van. With a deep pdf full of photos and easy to understand breakdown fixes based on priority. This guys changed my perception on how a mechanic should work. Pricing is fair for a diesel mechanic I would say. Highly recommended.
