After five months and three different mechanics who were all unable to diagnose the cause of the coolant leak in my Mercedes sprinter motorhome, I took it to Eurostar. I am very happy with the work done by Eurostar Diesel. My daughter's 2007 Mercedes Benz E280 CDI had many problems that my previous mechanic said were not economic to repair. I took it to Eurostar and they were able to fix all of the issues at a price that made it viable to keep the car on the road. Purchased an ex-ambulance sprinter from the auctions and took it straight to Eurostar to get it inspected and serviced. Like their upfront and honest approach. There’s no surprises when the bill comes as they are clear about the costs of various services. Their reports and clear and comprehensive. Very happy with their service. Would recommend them if you have a Mercedes sprinter to get serviced.
I was recommended to EuroStar Diesel and was not disappointed. I was looked after from start to finish by Josh, a professional, efficient and friendly technician. Easy to book in, fast turnaround and van serviced without the hard sell to load up on unnecessary works. I did have additional work carried out, which they highlighted and I knew was shortly due. Photos sent of work in progress as proof of replacement parts/fluids. Pricing was fair and reasonable. No hesitation to recommend.
The team at Eurostar are great. We were having a B service on our 2008 518 V6 Motorhome. They found a few items that needed addressing. So glad they did as it made a lot of difference on the trip home. Also their workshop you could eat your meal of the floor, it's that clean. We were made to feel very welcome with coffee if we wanted. We waited for the work to be done.
