I had my ML300 CDI serviced at Eurostar Diesels Sunshine West Branch today, the workshop is very tidy! James was super helpful, really easy to deal with and offered great service and advice. The completed digital inspection report is very useful and easy to understand and I was able to approve the additional wok and get it done in the day. I had an issue with my ML400, I phoned Eurostar Diesel to see if they could help. James was very accommodating and fitted me straight in to take a look and offered an obligation free quote. I booked in the following day, part replaced and I was back on the road all within 24 hours. Very friendly and efficiently run business. I recommend their services.
When I saw several ambulances in for service in a spotless workshop I knew I had come to the right place. Service was excellent and started promptly. Whilst I was away James sent updates and photos of what had been found during the inspection with ratings on what should be done urgently and what could be done at a later date.
