I was seen quickly at the practice and Dr Thi Ngoc Dung Le was professional and friendly. I was impressed with her and with all staff at the clinic. It is also bulk billed which is a bonus with the cost of living being as high as it is. There was also a wide choice of doctors to see. I picked to see Dr Le based on her photo which showed a woman who looked kind. She was kind and professional too. I would recommend her and all the staff at Eureka Medical Centre. I would go there anytime.

Was a very busy place. Only 3 recepsionist to assist. They were helping around 10 people in the queue and were operating phone calls. I had to go back in the long queue three times. One for inquiry, second time to hand over the new patient papers and a third time to get an invoice after seeing the doctor. My appointment was 9.15 and I was there on time. I just wanted to get a referal from the doctor but the waiting time at the receptionist caused delay and it was 10.30 when I could get my work done. Hope the reception could ... read more

Have absolutely loved the atmosphere at eureka medical and dental since moving here from Colac, myself and my wife recently moved to the area and have started seeing a dr at eureka medical and dental and are so impressed with the organisation and level of care provided here. Have recommended to a few family members in the area to change gp's and attend eureka medical and dental. No where else have ever made us feel more at ease about seeking medical advice. I always have quality care at Eureka. It would be great if the reception staff had some more help now it's busy as the wait can be a bit at the desk, but overall the front desk staff are awesome considering all their challenges. Thank you Eureka for opening up health care to more people with 100% bulk billing

As a new patient I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have only great feedback to offer. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw was really lovely with a straight up approach which I really appreciate. The pharmacy staff downstairs were as equally helpful and friendly.
