As a new patient I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have only great feedback to offer. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw was really lovely with a straight up approach which I really appreciate. The pharmacy staff downstairs were as equally helpful and friendly.

I always have quality care at Eureka. It would be great if the reception staff had some more help now it's busy as the wait can be a bit at the desk, but overall the front desk staff are awesome considering all their challenges. Thank you Eureka for opening up health care to more people with 100% bulk billing

I’ve only had positive experiences with this clinic. Dr Sabrin is thorough, patient and attentive. The receptionists go far and beyond, they deal with colorful characters (!!) and handle people beautifully. Not sure of their names which I wish I got, but they helped me with my issue with the app and got me a slot there and then with my preferred doctor. I would like to share my experience about Eureka Medical, specifically Dorevitch Pathology lab they associate with as an auxiliary service - inside the premises. I arrive at 9.15 am to have my blood samples taken, no tokens to collect - which is the normal procedure. I go to the receptionist and confirm that they are open and seeing patients and she confirms they are open. With time I realise there are 3 patients in front of me and few who have arrived after me just waiting assuming we will be seen. When my turn comes at 10.... read more

I had an extremely bad experience here, the dentist has damaged my teeth and the old tooth has not been treated! They think that my teeth have a problem before ( it’s was fixed though 7 years ago) and made me lose an unnecessary fee! They blame me instead of professionalism! Extremely bad and disappointed! Not professional! Very up set and never comeback here!
