I had an extremely bad experience here, the dentist has damaged my teeth and the old tooth has not been treated! They think that my teeth have a problem before ( it’s was fixed though 7 years ago) and made me lose an unnecessary fee! They blame me instead of professionalism! Extremely bad and disappointed! Not professional! Very up set and never comeback here!
Dr Sidra has been absolutely awesome my family and I have been seeing her for sometime now and would not change her for another she is efficient and helpful. She is kind and friendly and she is very efficient with my children. Thank you for taking care of my family and I for the last 12 months.
App with Zoe (care management) and we a great chat about my health care. Amongst a few other concerns I am recently diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and Zoe gave me some good tuition about using my diabetes monitor and some easy info regarding nutritional values. Also had a lovely little chat with my care doctor Josephine. Good info, fun chats all making things a little less stressful for me. Thank you Zoe & Josephine
Staff and doctors were friendly and polite. The rooms were clean. I seen in a timely manner and the doctor who treated me was respectful. So happy to have this bulk billing service that is so accessible in Ballarat.
I've been going to Eureka now for a couple of years. The doctor Dr. Evans is great ,easy to speak listens to what I am going though with health problems then looks into the problem and possible solutions, treats me with humanity and respect. ( Very different from my past Doctor). The Nurse that take care of my health plans is very caring and helpful. All other departments X-ray, pathology, Allied Health are okay.
