booked an appointment 1 month in advance for 11am for the 23/01/2026. I arrived at 10:50. I checked in, by 10:55 I was sitting in very busy waiting area seats. Dr Liah did not come out, did not walk the floor, did not check everywhere to see if I was there by the time she came out it was at 11.45. She approaches & says reception said you only checked in 5 mins ago but your appointment was 11. I said what are you talking about, I was checked in & seated by 10.55. Been sitting here since then. Nice reception staff. Went to get my ears cleaned out. Waited 30 minutes at 10 am. Doctor said he could not do it and book another doctor. Lined up. Could not book 2 x appointments in one day. Had to book next day. Bit disappointing doctor could not flush out my ears. Seems like a basic common procedure.
I was seen quickly at the practice and Dr Thi Ngoc Dung Le was professional and friendly. I was impressed with her and with all staff at the clinic. It is also bulk billed which is a bonus with the cost of living being as high as it is. There was also a wide choice of doctors to see. I picked to see Dr Le based on her photo which showed a woman who looked kind. She was kind and professional too. I would recommend her and all the staff at Eureka Medical Centre. I would go there anytime.
Worst experience ever, do not recommend, if there was an option to select negative stars, I would. Reception is incompetent and the communication between the reception and doctors is very poor. I have waited multiple hours consistently at the clinic and after waiting just to find out the doctor/nurse has gone home. Pathetic
Have absolutely loved the atmosphere at eureka medical and dental since moving here from Colac, myself and my wife recently moved to the area and have started seeing a dr at eureka medical and dental and are so impressed with the organisation and level of care provided here. Have recommended to a few family members in the area to change gp's and attend eureka medical and dental. No where else have ever made us feel more at ease about seeking medical advice.
