Have been using Eureka Medical Centre for some years now for various medical conditions and ongoing health care. Been seeing Dr Cahill for about 3 years now and have always been impressed with the care and professionalism shown. Very thorough, listens to my concerns and helps to find a solution. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes past appointment time - and that was one time. Every other visit has been right on time. The only thing I could fault about the centre is the length of time spent waiting for reception to pick up. Waited an hour and half to see a doctor and was told by reception staff we were next. They were very apologetic and changed doctors as the doctor we booked with didn't show for whatever reason. The doctor we did see was lovely.

The lady I seen at the counter this morning was rude and not very helpful. She initially told me that everyone over the age of 15 had to pay for the appointments. She said refer to signs luckily my 15 year old noticed it had anyone over the age of 16 had to pay. When I questioned this to her she was non apologetic and arguing what she initially told me. Can’t remember the name but she would have been late 30’s Poor service from this person

The only positive part of my experience at this clinic was the kind receptionist who checked me in and out. The doctor was rude and arrogant and googled my symptoms in front of me, clicked on the first link and told me that’s what I had and there was nothing he could do. The whole consult lasted less than one minute. And the treatment he recommended was not even appropriate for the condition he ‘diagnosed’.
