booked an appointment 1 month in advance for 11am for the 23/01/2026. I arrived at 10:50. I checked in, by 10:55 I was sitting in very busy waiting area seats. Dr Liah did not come out, did not walk the floor, did not check everywhere to see if I was there by the time she came out it was at 11.45. She approaches & says reception said you only checked in 5 mins ago but your appointment was 11. I said what are you talking about, I was checked in & seated by 10.55. Been sitting here since then. I was seen quickly at the practice and Dr Thi Ngoc Dung Le was professional and friendly. I was impressed with her and with all staff at the clinic. It is also bulk billed which is a bonus with the cost of living being as high as it is. There was also a wide choice of doctors to see. I picked to see Dr Le based on her photo which showed a woman who looked kind. She was kind and professional too. I would recommend her and all the staff at Eureka Medical Centre. I would go there anytime.

My Dr knows I can't use/open the ph. Quick enough to answer.... A busy day perhaps ? Dead spots in house, and was way to hot to be outside, which could be for a long time,... Dr is very booked up too .. needed a script. As last repeat was used... Generally, I am quiet happy with them, par waiting my dr. not reception ...

I would like to share my experience about Eureka Medical, specifically Dorevitch Pathology lab they associate with as an auxiliary service - inside the premises. I arrive at 9.15 am to have my blood samples taken, no tokens to collect - which is the normal procedure. I go to the receptionist and confirm that they are open and seeing patients and she confirms they are open. With time I realise there are 3 patients in front of me and few who have arrived after me just waiting assuming we will be seen. When my turn comes at 10.... read more

Was a very busy place. Only 3 recepsionist to assist. They were helping around 10 people in the queue and were operating phone calls. I had to go back in the long queue three times. One for inquiry, second time to hand over the new patient papers and a third time to get an invoice after seeing the doctor. My appointment was 9.15 and I was there on time. I just wanted to get a referal from the doctor but the waiting time at the receptionist caused delay and it was 10.30 when I could get my work done. Hope the reception could ... read more
