My mum Irene Rice is a resident at Estia Health at Yarra Junction. My brother and I see mum often and are so impressed with the care that all residents are given. They are treated with compassion and kindness and always in a calm setting. Mum is treated as an individual and her medical needs are attended to immediately. She is encouraged to be involved in daily activities, special events and outings and enjoys these. On behalf of the family of .Ken Jones, we wish to thank the lovely staff for their care and compassion through the 12 months Dad spent under your care. All staff were friendly, caring and nothing was too much trouble even in some circumstances which could have been extremely stressful. Staff went over and above decorating one of the family rooms for birthday celebrations which was very appreciated. Our family definitely recommends Estia Yarra Junction
I wish to say thank you to all the lovely polite and efficient staff at this aged care facility. I attended on Friday for my fathers birthday with my family and a large group of his friends. The staff were most accommodating and helpful providing us with a nice lounge area for his party and also coffee to go with the food we brought. They are doing a great job attending to the care and needs of my dad who is not the easiest patient to look after due to his dementia and constant will to roam. Estia staff are friendly and give the feeling that they have time for the residents and are caring and flexible.
My Mum has been a resident here since March and admittedly it has been a period of adjustment for both her and myself, but I can recommend Estia Yarra Valley unreservedly. The food is nutritious, the level of personal care is what you would want, the grounds are lovely, and the facilities are well maintained, and the common rooms are very nice.
