Unfortunately things weren’t great for our relative. His room was not cleaned properly and neither was he. Staff nice enough but he looked like a homeless person and the room was really not good. I wouldn’t normally write online but we told them three times and they didn’t do anything about it so I need to write here instead. We moved him, the new place is much better, he’s clean and tidy, his room is clean and he’s put weight on so that tells you a lot doesn’t it. The wonderful staff here took loving care of my mother till she passed. Great management and genuinely caring nurses gave me peace of mind that my mother was in good hands
The Team at Aurrum Wyoming have cared for and treated my Mum like family for nearly 7 years now. When she needed to go into Care I was relatively young and didn't have much information about the Aged Care system. Not only did the team at Aurrum look after Mum, but they looked after me through the process as well, making sure everything was explained and understood at a difficult time in our lives after my father passed away. My Mother was in this terrible place for two weeks before she died, if she had of lived we were going to get her into any other nursing home we could. The care she received there was awful, if your pet was at a vet.. and received the same you would get the RSPCA to close it down
very caring and they showed a great deal of compassion towards my family member before and after he passed away and members of the staff even visited my family member in hospital beautiful caring people highly recommended
