Fantastic management and staff. Great lifestyle set up with fun activities. The facility is kept very clean and tidy. A very comfortable and homely feel. I would recommend this nursing home to anybody looking for a place for their loved one.
I love that Estia Health Werribee has an app so that the facility can post photos of the residents, what they're eating and what activities they are participating in and more, so that families can stay updated and feel connected. It's fantastic to be able to visit mum and already know what she's been up to so that we have things to chat about. Lovely family atmosphere, very inclusive and families are kept well informed. The staff couldn't be more helpful and caring. The food is always fresh, nutritious and tasty. The activities for residents are plentiful, varied interesting and great fun. I know mum is safe and very well cared for.
Three years ago we had to make the decision to put our elderly Italian grandparents into a nursing home. We were drawn to Estia Health Werribee as the facility was clean, rooms were a good size, the location was great for our family. The process from start to finish was seamless, supportive and very accommodating especially during the heightened time of of COVID-19.
