As someone who pays close attention to the quality of care and service, I would recommend this service overall. However, there are a few staff members whose behaviour negatively affects the quality of support provided. One female Japanese staff member often appears unhappy and has spoken negatively about the client’s family with coworkers in front of the client. My mum was in respite here for 5 weeks and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Everything was just wonderful The staff were very caring, communication was great, consistent physio and rehabilitation was on offer as part of the cost and really nice food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
