My husband was admitted to the memory support unit with behavioral problems quite out of character for him, refusing to stay in the bed and at times hitting out. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Their kindness, professionalism and laughter toward Peter, myself and the whole family made a very difficult time bearable. The family and I cannot be more grateful that we found Estia Victoria heights and they had a bed when we most needed it. Thank you all. Libby
Appealing decor, great home cooking and very friendly staff in all departments. The daily activities offered something for everyone which my mum enjoyed immensely.
Can't fault the care Dad has had at Victoria Heights. Any issues have been dealt with in a caring manner focusing on what's best for dad and keeping our family up to date at all times. Absolutely fabulous staff in all areas of this nursing home. Great meals and the cleanliness is second to none. The atmosphere whenever we visit is always friendly, welcoming and bright. My parents have been residents of Victoria Heights for almost six months now and the care has been comprehensive. The staff are friendly, kind and always upbeat. My parents are enjoying the meals and their surroundings and feel they have made a good choice with Victoria Heights. My sister and I are kept informed of any issues arising and these resolved expediently. Thank you to all staff for their interest, care and kindness to my parents.
