Estia Tea Gardens was an oasis to our family during a very difficult journey. When our Dad needed care, it was a very emotional and confronting time for us all. We were encouraged to visit Estia at Tea Gardens as a family. We happen to joined in on a day where we were treated to “high tea” with the residents. Thank you Estia Health Tea Gardens for all the care and support you gave my dear mother Ilse Backhaus over the past twelve months. From the dedicated Nurses, friendly Lifestyles team, Cooks, Physios, and all the staff, the level of care was excellent and very respectful. I would highly recommend this Aged Care Facility to anyone needing Respite or long term care.
The level of care is second to none. All of staff are a fantastic caring and friendly team. It's clean and tidy with plenty of activities to keep residents active and mentally stimulated. You would be hard pressed to find a better home. Well done Estia, Cheers.
Recently my grandma has gone into care at Estia Tea Gardens, and it has just been wonderful to see her move into such a caring and lovely environment. The staff are all so caring, attentive and friendly, and the grounds are really beautiful. The way in which they engage the residents is really great, with a wide roster of activities and entertainment planned monthly - from pampering to concerts and even visits from Mr Whippy.
Love coming to visit my grandmother. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Caring and compassionate. Having a loved one with dementia is really hard, but knowing she is safe and well looked after helps makes is at ease. This is our most recent visit - Enid (my grandmother), Skye (her granddaughter) and Parker (her great grandson)
