My Mum recently celebrated her 90th birthday at Estia Taree and as she is not mobile we wanted to hold a small morning tea for her at the facility. Deedee who is the event co-ordinator went above and beyond in making us all feel welcome, not only did she arrange for the room to be beautifully decorated on the day but also a separate lunch was arranged on the actual birthday and family and friends were also invited to attend. Very impressed and we thank you for helping making her birthday so special.
This care facilitie is fabulous they care about the residents an are always happy to talk an explain everything that is happening with your loved one.
I recently had a friend stay at Estia Health Taree for a few weeks, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and support. The food was fantastic, and Tina, in particular, was a standout—her kindness and assistance with the family made a real difference. Highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality aged care!
My husband has younger onset dementia diagnosed at 58. He was 64 when he went into respite for 3 weeks with the view for permanency (high care). There were too many issues to list. Unfortunately this premises is not suited for younger onset high care dementia the staff do the best they can but under staffed and under paid for the kind of care that is required.
Hi; To Staff, Just writing to you about Len Hall room 33. Len is ambitious person. He was alcoholism. His altitude from not having cigarettes, alcohol very aggressive. It will take time for the effects out of his body. He can't take jokes, he would n't harm anyone.He stresses a lot, no good for his blood pressure heart.I will appreciate if you keep watch on him.
