My mum has stayed here for respite twice now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff are warm, friendly, and always smiling, which immediately makes the place feel welcoming. They do an amazing job keeping residents engaged with a wide range of activities and fun experiences throughout the day. What really stands out is their “yes-we-can” attitude the word no simply doesn’t seem to exist here. In 2023 I had to find a nursing home for my Mother, this was the last home I looked at and it went to number 1 on my list. My dad had to go into care in 2024 and naturally we chose Estia for him to reside in dad said on his first day at Estia he was treated like a King and felt welcomed and loved. Mum has settled in extremely well. All the staff are caring, attentive, extremely friendly and very approachable. The lifestyle program, along with the meals are excellent. Management made the transiton into care seamless. At such an over whelming time, all my questions were answered and followed up. Over all the facility has a warm, friendly- homely atmosphere, which I would highly recommend.
My mum has been in Estia South Morang for 5 months. Mum initially had some respite. She gets treated as part of the family (as do I). The staff are very caring and attentive. She enjoys the weekly concerts and activities very much. Her room is large and we have been able to furnish it to her liking. Thanks Estia.
My parents had respite here A couple of times this year. Renee and her team were able to accomodate us at very short notice. The staff were always calling us direct should any issues had arisen.
