This is a lovely welcoming facility. Lots of bright art and natural light. The rooms are lovely as are the break out areas, and little nooks if you have a friend come to visit. Meals looked delicious and the residents looked very happy. The staff were friendly and attentive to the residents. One for a tour!
In 2023 I had to find a nursing home for my Mother, this was the last home I looked at and it went to number 1 on my list. My dad had to go into care in 2024 and naturally we chose Estia for him to reside in dad said on his first day at Estia he was treated like a King and felt welcomed and loved. Mum has settled in extremely well. All the staff are caring, attentive, extremely friendly and very approachable. The lifestyle program, along with the meals are excellent. Management made the transiton into care seamless. At such an over whelming time, all my questions were answered and followed up. Over all the facility has a warm, friendly- homely atmosphere, which I would highly recommend.
My parents had respite here A couple of times this year. Renee and her team were able to accomodate us at very short notice. The staff were always calling us direct should any issues had arisen.
My mum has been in Estia South Morang for 5 months. Mum initially had some respite. She gets treated as part of the family (as do I). The staff are very caring and attentive. She enjoys the weekly concerts and activities very much. Her room is large and we have been able to furnish it to her liking. Thanks Estia.
