I would like to thank the wonderful team on behalf of me and my family for the great care and dignity given to our mother Anna Van Praet whilst in respite during her last weeks.
Mum and Dad entered Estia in Salisbury in May 2022. Over the next 3 years, they received the most beautiful care. All the staff were wonderful and made their last days comfortable with patience and kindness. I cannot thank these people enough but I highly recommend this care home. My dear father Norm spent his last months in residence at Estia Care at Salisbury. He was treated with love and utmost care and respect by dedicated staff, who did all they could to make each day comfortable and happy for him. The environment is friendly and welcoming, for visitors as well. Keep up the good work. 💟💟💟
My late mum Jane, had the best care here. Always attentive to listen and take in any concerns I had as a family member. I was a pain (but honestly who isn't when they want the best for their loved one). I would highly recommend if your looking for a place that is compassionate, understanding please look at Estia Salisbury. My grandfather Henry didn’t have an easy life and as such wasn’t the easiest character to deal with. Despite this, his carer and the staff took such great care of him during his time at Etsia.
