First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hyeshin and all the staff at Estia Health. At first, I felt a sense of guilt and worry about leaving my mother in the aged care facility, even for a short time. My Mother has been in Estia for just over two years. The amenities are basic but I could not ask for better care. The staff keep us posted every step of the way.
The facilities are basic but the staff could not look after my grandmother with more care and attention. As an RN who worked in aged care when a student nurse I can say that I've no concerns regarding the way my grandmother, and the rest of our family; is looked after. It's the staff that make the facility and we couldn't be happier.
My uncle has been in this home for around 10 years now. Very happy with management and staff for the level of care they provide. The home is well maintained and very clean 👌
