My wife stayed at Estia H Ringwood for about 4 weeks. She was very well looked after. The staff were very helpful - meeting all her needs.Rachel, thank you v much for accommodating her & please thank all your staff.
I’m very happy with the level of care shown to my mother. The team at Estia health Ringwood is wonderful. The staff were always caring and friendly and made my Mum feel special and a valued person. So glad I found this place. highly recommended this facility with their good management and caring staffs. Special thanks to Manager Irangi and Dona in administration who always greeted us and my mum with a smile and chat, and provided her with everything she needed.
Estia health Ringwood is a beautiful place. My grandmom was there for two weeks. She was so happy with all the care needs. Staff was so helpful and supportive. She would be happy to visit again . Thanks !
Since Michelle has not been in charge the attention to details has declined instantly, lack of experiences for residents, agency staff everywhere, staff are no longer given the tools and support to do their job. There is no one around so seems like less staff than before. A paint job and professional cleaning of windows does not help the residents or staff. It gives me a great deal of pleasure to state most emphatically, that the care and welfare of my husband – Sherman, since early December 2022 has been remarkably and effectively accomplished. Attention to specific medications, daily personal care, activities, meals and general wellbeing are adhered to.
