My friend recently moved into Estia after years in another facility. He is so much happier here. Sally was an absolute gem in helping him with the move. She and her team have great rapport with each other and their residents. I am so grateful that such kind people are working in this role. My friend is also very happy that they have a 'happy hour!'
We are so happy with our choice. Everyone at Estia have been extremely helpful and caring. A special thanks to Sally, she was amazing and so very helpful. No words are enough and 5 starts seem so low for all the help Sally has provided. Putting your parents into a nursing home is such a difficult decision but the staff at Estia have made this transition so easy, calming and reassuring. We highly recommend Estia
I was at home feeling unwell and was unable to visit Reservoir as planned. Sally and Pritima kindly came to see me at my residence to offer their support. They assured me they would help me recover and I subsequently attended Reservoir later that day. Initially, I felt apprehensive and uncertain upon arrival; however, my experience has been exceptional. The staff are all very welcoming and attentive. My relative recently admitted in Golden Wattle floor. We are very impressed with the great care she has received from all the staff. We would highly recommend this aged-care home. Our relative is extremely happy being here.
To Sam, Sally & all Staff, Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The staff were all happy and obliging. There was plenty to keep you occupied, exercises every morning and games, bingo, quoits, high tea and pleasant company. I would highly recommend Estia Health Reservoir.
