Both my parents are at this facility and they receive the best of care. Their needs are well looked after, taking great care with their dementia. The rooms are clean. Regular entertainment is provided by several people including myself. The manager Sam always responds promptly to any concerns and addresses them.
My father has arrived this week in Respite what a blessing this place is. We met Sally and she is most helpful. Sam the manager is so approachable and kind. My father has already made the decision to stay permanently. The care the food is 5 stars. Pritima has been sensational. Anne at reception is always welcoming and Sonam the maintenance man walks Arron’s with the biggest smile and no job is to big. Thank you all
I have both my parents here. Lots of Italian people live here. Rooms are a great size. I know my parents are safe and well looked after. Special thanks to Sam the manager for always being caring. Pritima for having all the answers. Anne for the warm welcomes and Sally for being herself. What an amazing team
To Sam, Sally & all Staff, Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The staff were all happy and obliging. There was plenty to keep you occupied, exercises every morning and games, bingo, quoits, high tea and pleasant company. I would highly recommend Estia Health Reservoir.
My mother in law came here in December for respire she now lives here. We forgot to leave. We found the care and love this place has is beyond any words i can write. Pritima the care director is a beautiful soul as so all the staff. The food is lovely and every visit the staff makes us feel so loved.
