My mother is the third family member to recently join Estia Health Plenty. Any fear you might have about transitioning a loved one to aged care will be alleviated as soon as you walk through the doors. Bright, airy rooms, caring compassionate staff and curated menu. Mum was there for two weeks respite and asked to stay. 5 stars.
My mother has been at Plenty Valley Estia Health for 4 years. The care she is given is amazing the nurses are so caring I’m am always contacted with any issues and they always contact a doctor to check any problems. There are alot of activity’s and always making a lot of effort to keep the residents active and happy. The staff are always approachable and friendly. I can’t speak more highly of Estia health and my mum is very happy
Estia South Morang is absolutely amazing! Denise at reception is always willing to go over and above to assist, the staff are so friendly, caring and make you feel so welcome. Lots of interaction and activities, concerts, great food and fantastic care. Thank you.
My mother has been with Estia for over 7 months. I would like to say thank you to all the nurses, carers and other staff, that I appreciate the care that they give my mother. The staff go above and beyond at all times ensuring my mother happiness and comfort
My mum and dad have lived here for 18 months they love it and the care and updates on this day to day is excellent i’m always updated if something happens and almost always surprise my father as to tell him what I know and he is to say “oh they can’t slip anything past you can I” great personal service and they get what they want when they need it.
