I put my dad into their care recently and my dad has settled in pretty quickly. The staff are all amazing (from admin to the nurses and PCAs) and the compassion they have for their residents is beyond words. They communicate pretty well and are always there to help.
I had been looking at nursing homes for my aging father for awhile. I was looking for a place where he could really feel at home. Where they understood that this stage of life is about enjoyment and the need to keep living well will being supported. Estia Health Plenty is beautifully presented and the staff and residents are all happy. We were impressed by all and well supported during his transition phase. He’s now happier and healthier than he’s been in years and looking forward to enjoying his best life.

I would not recommend this facility to any one who cares about their loved ones. My mother in law has been at Aurrum in Plenty for the past six months. During this time she has put on 2 Kilo's, is more mobile, healthier and looks five years younger than what she did before she went in. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. Finding an aged care facility for a loved one, whether it is for a short stay such as Respite Care or permanent placement is a very stressful and daunting prospect. However my sister and I found that the staff at Aurrum Plenty made it an enjoyable experience, proving plenty of information, answering all our questions and showing us alternative but suitable accommodation.
