My mother in law spent a wonderful 6 months here and I give Estia parkside the highest recommendation. As she shifted to later palliative stages the staff were just amazing, kind caring supportive. They attended her needs promptly and with compassion. Their communication was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for my mother in law. Special mention to nurse Naz she was just incredible. My mum has been at Estia Parkside for two years. She is well-cared for, the staff are lovely. It has a nice ‘homey’ feel, and the max number of residents is 40, so it’s not too big and impersonal. Occasionally attention to detail is missed, but only for minor issues. Very happy that my mum is content and settled here.
From Jan Pearson, I have a friend who is 100 years of age, currently at Parkside. The staff are wonderful with her, and when she had a medical episode they were swift to endure hospitalisation as required. Now she is back, the care is very professional, but also caring. The homely environment for many of the patients must be reassuring. I do feel that the room could do with an update, in particular a second rail in the wardrobe, to allow for slightly more hanging space, in order to keep clutter in rooms to a minimum. My mother & I have had an amazing first time experience with Estia Parkside. The food is very good, there's heaps of activities, & physio available. Super friendly staff & environment The nurses picked up very quickly that mum was unwell & she was sent off promptly for assessment.
My mother-in-law has been at Estia Parkside for nearly four years and she loves the friendly and caring atmosphere there. My wife and I have been consistently impressed with the very high standard of care from the dedicated nursing and admin staff. Highly recommended.
