This is a lovely place for residents the facility is only 5 years old. The staff are what make this place special. The meals are cooked fresh chef on site.
My parents live here. I am so grateful for the wonderful care they receive. The staff are caring and kind. The lifestyle team are engaged with the interests and previous lives of the residents and try to find activities to enrich their stay reflective of this.
I am currently putting my parents into respite at the Menzies this has been a every tough and long process. At every stage the staff in particular Kayla and Suzanne have been so helpful and patient with our constant change of circumstance. I have just spent two nights with Mum in here while Dad has a procedure. The staff, food and cleanliness are what you expect in a five star resort. The services and staff here are absolutely beautiful. My friend's mother was in there and the care she received until she passed away was amazing. I was also treated with love and hugs as were her family. Thank you.🙏
