Since my mum became a permanent resident she has been very happy with the staff, doctors and nurses. She has also enjoyed the tasty food on offer as well as the social functions where she has met other residents. She is enjoying her new home.
My mother is getting great care and all the staff are fantastic. The home is clean and welcoming.
For the past eight years, this has been a wonderful home for my mom. The staff treats her with respect and compassion, and the facility is always well-maintained. It's been a great comfort to know she's so well cared for. 😄
I would like to thank the staff at Estia Oakleigh East for all care and support given to my parents during their time at Estia and during palliative care. The facility is a very warm and caring environment and staff make everyone welcome. I would highly recommend this aged care facility.
