My mum recently moved to Estia Health Noosa from another aged care facility, and the entire admissions and transition process was incredibly smooth and easy. From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming, supportive and compassionate. I cannot express how much i appreciate the care that my Mum is given at Estia Health Noosa. The staff are amazing, caring and above all happy to help with any situation. I have been in many car homes. The Estia Noosa has been one of the most outstanding care homes I’ve had the pleasure to visit. The staff are led by management who treat this care home as the residents homes. Staff are focused, very polite and calm. The environment is bright, spacious, calm and well designed for our elderly counterparts.
My 92 year old mother moved into ESTIA Noosa, initially for respite care which then became permanent. I cannot fault the support the staff have given mum and me. Judith in particular has been extremely helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. The nursing staff are extremely diligent and the catering will always make sure she gets something nice between meals. More than happy in the way they look after mum.
Top staff, lovely environment, food excellent. Both parents were placed into care here 3 years ago. They are happy and contented, well looked after. We are able to travel part of the year and know they are so well cared for. The staff will ring us if someone is ill or fallen over, so that is reassuring. There are activities that keep the elderly amused, music and sing songs, even foot spas. We feel so lucky that they went to this lovely caring centre.
