My 92 year old mother moved into ESTIA Noosa, initially for respite care which then became permanent. I cannot fault the support the staff have given mum and me. Judith in particular has been extremely helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. The nursing staff are extremely diligent and the catering will always make sure she gets something nice between meals. More than happy in the way they look after mum.
Top staff, lovely environment, food excellent. Both parents were placed into care here 3 years ago. They are happy and contented, well looked after. We are able to travel part of the year and know they are so well cared for. The staff will ring us if someone is ill or fallen over, so that is reassuring. There are activities that keep the elderly amused, music and sing songs, even foot spas. We feel so lucky that they went to this lovely caring centre.
My parents have lived at Japara Noosa for the past 3 years. I can not fault. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are kind, caring and accommodating. Amazing staff doing a very challenging job. Great food, plenty of activities and the surroundings are extremely pleasant. Management go above and beyond to address any issues that may come up in a helpful and prompt manner. Thankyou to all the Noosa staff for your exceptional care and support. Highly recommended. 10/10
Great staff with excellent communication. Both our parents ended up in the high care dementia ward and were treated really well. As a family we all felt they were very well cared for, the food was above average, and as others have stated, there were a decent range of activities.
Our parents are so happy at Noosa Aged Care. Staff are excellent and caring. There are loads of outings on a bus that is well catered for and the staff most attentive. Exercise classes; hoy; cooking classes; craft classes the list of activities is extensive. The folk feel safe and secure. However, we would say that the description is not as accurate as perhaps it might be.
