Estia Health in Melton Sth is such a warm, welcoming home the care provided to the residents goes above and beyond what we expected. The food was plentiful and delicious, activities kept all residents entertained. If anyone was looking for residential care for their loved ones they should consider Estia Melton Sth.
Very friendly, caring and professional staff made the process of admitting my wife to the Memory Support Unit very smooth and "painless". The staff there have a very caring, relaxed and friendly manner and their attitude is a reflection of the culture of Estia Health, Melton South. My family feel reassured that my wife is receiving the best level of care she could get. Well done to all.
Both parents are receiving very good care in Estia. My Mum never stops telling me how wonderful and kind the staff are, and how loved she feels. The ambience is very homely and nice and bright inside. Lovely gardens and courtyards. Always plenty of activities being run to keep the residents engaged. Staff are always friendly and happy. My father was ill in hospital for a long time and not eating. When the social worker got me in contact with Estia Health. They helped with the paperwork and transition. My dad was hesitant at first but they help him get healthy with fresh meals daily, and full time care. I couldn't afford going to hosiptial daily; it was convenient to be close to work and home. This is for one year ago. One of the worst places on earth. My dad was abused by a staff member by the name of Darren. They lie. Management are so pathetic. Couldn't manage a ice-cream shop if they tried let alone a aged care facility. I would give a minus 40 if I could. And yes I did put a complaint in to the age care commission. not sure if it has improved now.
