Money and jewellery stolen multiple times. Sub par standard of care for my grandmother who was immobile which we assume was due to staffing issues, not always lack of care or competence from the nurses. Would not recommend for people who are bed/wheelchair bound.
I am extremely disappointed. My nanna had money and jewellery stolen, and staff negligence led to her being dropped from a hoist, causing a broken femur.
My Mum Eileen passed away peacefully at Estia Health Maroochydore after being admitted for respite care for her end of life. The staff were excellent in their care for her and always kept us informed of how she was. Excellent facilities and beautiful caring staff, Thank you. Lynne
There visiting a friend. Amazing 'home' which can never be the same as home. Wonderful staff. Great facilities & layout. Saw volunteer bicycle riders taking some residents for a spin round the block - what a fabulous idea!
I have resided at "Estia Heath Aged Care Maroochydore" for a few years now. I have found this facility to be of the highest quality. The staff are very professional, caring, loving and kind. Yes, like all Aged Care facilities we went through the Covid -19 era, where we had our staff shortages and necessary restrictions. Today, we are almost back to full staff and our management quickly fill any shortages with agency personal.
