Lovely clean and light filled environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Good quality and variety of food. Wide range of entertainment and activities. Really like the Kogarah venue, where my mother-in-law is residing, as it is a small facility. Grateful for the quality care she gets.
Staff are kind & compassionate and provide an extremely high level of care. The residents have wonderful facilities and regular daily activities & weekly outings. Would give 6 stars if I could!!!!
I have been a resident of Estia Kogarah home for 18 months now andI feel like home here and the staff are my family.I feel so comfortable with their care and service. I am grateful to call Estia Kogarah home, feeling so belonged and loved. Wonderful meals and personal freedom to move around the facility 24/7. Estia Kogarah is a smaller residential care home. The environment is very nice and well cleaned and maintained. Lovely courtyards and ample comfortable seating. The staff are all kind and professional, they know their residents well and engage with families very well to get the best outcomes. The lifestyle coordinators are very engaged and offer lots of great activities. Admissions coordinator and admin staff go above and beyond to make residents and families experience as good as it can be.
I have my wife 3 months at Estia health Kogarah I am very happy with care . The environment is warm and welcoming staff are always there when you need them . There is a variety of activities and is very clean and rooms are spacious.
