We have had an excellent 4 weeks here for respite at Estia Kensington Gardens. Ross and I wish to thank everyone who cared for us so well. The staff were wonderful, kind and thoughtful at all times. We will miss the residents too. Anna and the nursing team were very efficient and kind. Special thanks to Daniel and Shruthi who were so attentive and thoughtful. We are very pleased with the care our loved one has received during their time residing at Estia Health Kensington Gardens. From the very beginning our Mum has been treated with respect and kindness by the administration, nursing staff, carers and caterers. Mum is always referred to by name and greeted with a smile. There is always a lovely warm welcome to visitors when entering the front door and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. My mother Diana spent the last ten years of her very long life at Estia Kensington Gardens. The home has always felt very peaceful and homely and her carers have always treated her gently with respect and kindness at all times. Estia Kensington Gardens is an excellent facility for my husband. The level of care and interest he enjoys and receives from the staff is exemplary. The building and gardens are welcoming, very attractive and comfortable. The quality and variety of lifestyle activities and events are engaging and regularly offered to both residents and visitors. My Mum lived at Estia Kensington Gardens for the last 6 years. All the staff from the kitchen to the laundry, the carers and nurses, and the administration have all played their part in the exceptional care she received over this time. To be able to visit our loved ones, see they are comfortable, happy and well looked after is more than words can say.
