My mum reluctantly agreed to go into respite for 2 weeks. Against all her expectations, she LOVED it. The staff were just wonderful. She only spent a short time there, but she misses them. She made friends with a few of the residents, and she even liked the food, which I was a little worried about. Thank you for making my mum's first experience in aged care such a positive one.
I have my mother at Estia Health Heidelberg West and I’m glad that I took her there. I find the staff and carers very caring to residents and the manager is very approachable and she is always willing and ready to assist when you need her. The Heidelberg West location also has a great and convenient location, being very close to the Austin Hospital.
We're very happy with the excellent standard of nursing care at Estia Health Heidelberg West and we felt it was the right place for our loved one. Estia is a safe and professional environment with dedicated caring staff who were respectful, courteous and attentive to all of our requests. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff especiaĺly Nita, Jay , Lara and Neima and to all the wonderful Nurses and PCAs. If we could give them 6 stars out of 5, we would.
The worst place there is in the whole of Melbourne, not send your family here, the staffs here don't do anything they all have groups and never do any work, i visited my father and i asked this Filipino staff member to help him up from bed and refused to pick him up and left and never came back to check up on my father, likewise the manger closes the door on her self and doesn't talk to anyone, she doesn't respect anyone, possible the worst manger i have ever seen in Melbourne. i don't know how people come to this place. I don’t even rate this place! I don’t know recommend Estia health! They have no communication, some staff need to go back & study! The manager is a liar the way they treated my father when he passed away was DISGUSTING! I regret ever sending my father to this ugly place!!
