Gone done hill since the new people took over, my Nan's new bedding went missing and alot of her new clothing I've bought over the last year gone I investigated a lady took me to laundry I found some items of my name clothes then the lady goes on well must have gone to other residents like it wasn't an issue. Also her mobile phone apparently got washed I replaced it once again I get sorry I think it got washed and that was all that was said no offer to replace anything. My parents have recently moved here and they as well as all our family, are very impressed with the facilities, accommodation and the staff who are excellent in every way. They are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our parents and feel they are getting the best care possible. Highly recommended.
This place is premium retirement place so they give the best service that they could give. All staff look after resident with care and love. Definitely the best place you can trust your love one to look after them. They have complete facility include salon. They have cafe that serve nice coffe too.
I visited my dear friend here during 2021. I visited her four days per week. She is a retired doctor and collects art. She houses all the art in a gallery. I've never been to the art gallery. However, she has some rather exquisite pieces in her suite in this retirement village. She also has a myriad of friends in Brisbane, and she really enjoys shopping at jewellery boutiques at 1000 Ann Street. Where to start, It may look fancy, but the care from staff is minimal. Basic communication is not followed through when loved one goes to hospital. Medications currently gets missed. They seem short staffed. Basic laundry services of clothes - seem to go missing all the time. Food looks rubbish, my loved one complains about the food tasting awful...
