Estia Health was absolutely amazing. 5 star is not enough...Sheree was super understanding, helpful and gentle with our questions and enquiries. It is overwhelming when having to place a family member especially with all the process. Sheree really helped us through it all. The entire staff from nurses, caretakers, doctor, chef, activities coordinators are amazing. Very friendly and when I visit my mum, everyone greeted me with smiles. I am extremely distressed regarding how management at Estia Gold Coast failed to acknowledge the passing of my beautiful Mum Jacqueline Marroni. To date a couple of comments in passing down the corridors. We had to contact Estia GC for information, to be told we had 48hrs to clear my Mum’s room. When we complied with that request, we again contacted Estia GC and were then told we would receive an email from head office. My Dad is a Filipino resident in Estia Health Gold Coast. Our family are very happy that our Dad settled in so quickly and comfortably. The facilities are amazing, the staff specially the Filipino makes my dad feel at home. The family are at peace to know that my Dad is in the right place and being taking care of...Thank you Estia and the all the staff. Highly Recommend
Can't recommend highly enough. They looked after my Dad and accommodated his changing needs and gave him a safe secure place to live. Can't thank all the staff enough for their patience. Nisha, Pearl, Jackie, Sheree, they're all amazing.
Staff are friendly and great team work. Very clean facility.
