Estia Epping in Victoria cared for my father for four years. The staff were always professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, quickly answering any questions and meeting his needs to a high standard. I highly recommend Estia, especially for Macedonian families
A big thank you to all staff at Poplars Estia Epping for the fantastic individual care and attention our Mum has received during her initial Respite care and now continuing into her Permanent Residency. She is recovering from major surgery and other complications, and as a result the transition from being an independent 93year old, living in her own home up until 3 months ago, to now requiring full time care hasn’t been easy. I have had to put my father in care for respite after a fall. We chose Estia House Epping and he absolutely loves it there. I moved him closer to home but he didn't like it at all, so he's back at Epping. The staff are amazing and there's no shortage of them so the patients don't have to wait for anything, so there's no frustration, only calm. I never thought l would say this but I'm now glad he is there and stress free he is safe.
My mother has been a resident there now for over 3 years and I am happy with the way the staff take care of her. She will be 94 in December. Although she had a couple of falls, they were there to help her and she recovered well. The food is very adequate and there is so much, that she cannot eat all of it. Her favorite meal is breakfast and enjoys and looks forward to a cup of tea, which she only has to ask for any time of the day and night and the staff are keen to serve her.
