The carers and staff working the floor area for the most part are lovely. The management horrendous! My Nanna moved in here a couple of years prior to Covid, all staff were friendly, helpful, inclusive, the Lifestyle program wonderful. My Dad moved in just before Christmas 2023 with Dementia, he was scared, no-one bothered with him, didn't show him around, didn't come in and make him feel welcome like they did with my Nanna, care factor not there. I had such a lovely experience at Daw Park. Foram and Sonia were incredibly supportive and helpful in making the environment welcoming and comfortable for my grandma. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones
The staff of estia health made Mum like family, and we will always be thankful for their extraordinary care, it is rare to find a facility where the staff treats their residents with such genuine love and respect. ESTIA Daw park is a great aged care facility, always clean and well presented. The staff are friendly and caring to both my Mum and Dad. A credit to care manager Foram, office staff Sonia and Narelle and all the care workers.
My mother has been in Estia daw park for almost 5 years during this time I have met some really lovely people and shared many experiences During this time I have found the staff to be very compassionate and helpful and would recommend this facility for your family member.
