Pretty sure my Grandmother was beaten here during her final years (she had various bruises and the staff refused to show it on camera), my parents caught one of the staff screaming "I HATE white people", and they were obsessed with always monitoring what my father was doing with my grandmother. They couldn't have any private time without the staff opening the door. This was all 5-6 years ago, just didn't get around to making the review until now.
Estia Dandenong took wonderful care of my dad Brian. They were kind and respectful of his preferences and always available to answer any questions we had.
They Estia were very good with their care of my late Husband Henry Jupp for that I thank them from the bottom of my heart Amanda Jupp .
