This is being lodged on behalf of Dawn Hincks, Chrstopher Vormister's wife. John (NUM) and Michelle (Manager) have been been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my husband's residence of 2 1/2 years. I could not wish for better care. They changed his room to a safer position, due to his condition, and all the staff in the Nevada wing have been wonderful to both my husband and I. Estia Health Craigmore is a lovely place. I appreciate that they looked after my Nanna while she was a resident there. They were so caring and lovely when she passed in their care. They would always help out when ever they could with nanna and I generally believe that they loved the residents in their care. Some of the ladies were so beautiful and had so much kindnesses when tending to her. She really loved the girls (carer's) there and even made a few friends in both residents and staff. Had a family friend staying in the MSU unit the staff very caring and understanding. Seeing staff with each residents behaviours they are very understanding..... Highly recommended home...
Friend was a resident here and loved the staff and facility. Everyone was lovely and supportive when I visited and even the manager was always around and checking that everyone was taken care of.
My dad came into the home recently, we are so happy with dads care and the whole home, the staff treat dad with respect and nothing is too hard highly recommend Estia
