Extremely disappointing. The staff appear visibly frustrated with dementia patients and frequently pass off the resident to another staff member who may not even be present where the confused patient is directed, such as "go to reception" or "go to the office," only to find no one there. I witnessed one dementia patient requesting two girls to speak English while in Australia, and they regarded him with disdain. I was shocked. Lovely and welcoming environment. The staff are helpful and kind.
Really quite bad. Estia appears to be just as devoid of care and comfort as the previous owners.
Staff are lovely.
