From the moment we inquired and walked into Aurrum Brunswick, for dad, it felt, warm, friendly and homely. Michelle was very welcoming and answered the many questions we had :) The care staff are excellent, led by Carly, and all dad’s care needs are thoroughly attended to. Any feedback provided is looked into and followed through and rectified. The meal choices are excellent and they also have a wonderful lifestyle program. It’s now become part of our communal family and has a great culture with a warm atmosphere.
Aurrum Brunswick has exceeded our expectations and has enabled our family to finally rest easy knowing our loved one is being cared for 24 hours and day, 7 days a week. Not only is the residence clean and spacious, it is also extremely safe and secure. We have been through and still going through COVID and Sonia, Manager has ensure all the residents are cared for 110% as if they were her own family. My mum has been in Aurrum Age care for one year. It took her a little bit of time to settle but who really helped her was staff member Marlin. Marlin treats my mum with care and love as if she is her mum. Mum rings us every day, telling us she has pain, but when Marlin is working mum doesn't have time to ring us. As Marlin keeps mum involved with bingo, craft and activities. This makes us happy.
