Our lovely Mum has been a resident at Estia Blakehurst for over 2 years and I have always found the staff to be caring, Compassionate and genuine. There are regular bus outings and daily activities to which Mum is encouraged to attend to keep her entertained and her mind active. I wanted to share my experience that happened on Sunday when Mum turned 98. Estia health at Blakehurst has done a great looking after my mother Inlaw over the past 3.5yrs. She goes on outings, mixers the groups when things are on. If gets up when she not pose to the nurses contact us and let us know. For management and for the front desk staff. They are quite welcoming. Wife and i very happy on leaving my mother at Estia Health and thank you to everyone.
I have been asked to provide feedback on Emily Toms , receptionist at Estia Blakehurst. Emily is very knowledgeable about operations at Estia and can yconnect you with the right person if she is unable to assist. She was very helpful in obtaining special incontinence products for my mother- a resident. I have seen her conducting tours of the facility for families of potential residents. Again displaying her knowledge and she is friendly and helpful ready to answer their questions.
The staff at Estia have been compassionate, caring and responsive. My father is a high needs resident and can be difficult due to his vascular dementia. The staff have been very understanding and kind. I visit regularly and the place is clean and pleasant. If I can’t get the nurse on the phone, they respond to my emails. Highly recommend.
My mother has been a resident at Estia Health for nearly two years and the help and care she receives from the staff is excellent.. the staff is very caring and compassionate.. the way they speak to the elderly and the activities means that the residents all have something to be involved with and not get board.. the food is very nice and the nursing staff are very friendly and caring.
