Zero stars for the overall Executive management of the business. No compassion shown towards residents and their families whatsoever. Last night (28/1/26 at 6.44pm) relatives were sent an email to advise Estia Health Bentleigh is to close. Residents and their families have to find alternate accomodation by Friday 6 March! Just over 4 weeks for this disruption which may well be a death sentence for some residents, very traumatic for the majority, unnecessary stress and workload for families and terrible worry for the dedicate... read more
