The staff were very kind, accomadating and considerate when we had our anniversary lunch with my husband who is a resident along with our family in the formal dining room that you can use for functions. We can't thank them enough.

My mother has been at Estia for 2.5 years and we’ve had some highs and lows with her but the staff have always been wonderful and very supportive to both mum and our family. They have a thankless job which they manage extremely well. I am very grateful for all they do especially the Oak wing staff. I know my mum is well cared for which gives us peace of mind.

We were made to feel welcome. My husband had 14 days of respite and was very happy at Estia Bannockburn. The meals were very nice, staff friendly and helpful at all times

My mother has been here less than 1 week and already not keen on the facility, induction was terrible very overwhelming for my mother. I have found Kelly to be extremely rude and not very accommodating, along with some staff members, no stimulation for residents here. Medication issues ignored. Limited beds available at this time led us here but I will be looking at other facilities to find better care if things don't improve. Estia Health Bannockburn is absolutely appalling. This place should be closed down due to the lack of care from every level of staff. My mother and disable brother reside here, their health is detorating and no one care. I've complained, had countless meetings and discussions all of which fall on deaf ears. Do not put your loved on into this facility. 1 star is 1 too many for this facility.
