On behalf of my sister and I would like to thank the team at Estia Health Ardeer, for the care and attention they gave my mother Lina during her 3 month Respite stay . She suffers of Dementia and the care she constantly received was at a very professional level it placed my mind at ease and my sisters. Always greeted with a smile and a Hello when visiting my mum. And given information on my mums health when required. Once again thanks to the team at Ardeer. Raymond Portelli .
The staff are so caring and good. Always with a smile and happy. Couldn't be any happier with the care they give to my mum. Beautiful caring staff everyone of them.
From Delores to all the staff at Estia Ardeer a very approachable. I admire there work ethics. In a time when it is so hard for a family member to have a loved one placed in care. It is reassuring that staff are always approachable. Staff always make an effort to greet you when they see you. Needs and concerns are always dealt with promptly. Our staff and students from Djerriwarrah Community and Education Services had an opportunity to visit Estia Health Ardeer this morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The staff were welcoming and seemed genuinely caring towards the residents. The common areas were bright and cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Thank you so much for organising the tour, it was valuable experience for our students who are willing to work in the Aged Care sector in the future😊
