A small aged care facility with a friendly homely feel. Nothing fancy but residents are cared for and lifestyle provides activities to keep everyone happy. My family member was very happy there.
My mother Beryl Ella was a resident of Estia aged care in Albany Creek for almost 4 years and was very happy there. The staff are wonderful, happy and caring. Mum died in May 2025 at a month shy of 102. The staff treated her with care and dignity and I can’t recommend this facility enough.
Estia Health Albany Creek is an excellent place that caters to respite aged care people. Estia Health Albany Creek also caters to couples to be accommodated in the one room. This place is comfortable, allowing 70 people to be accommodated. It is a very affordable place for people who can't afford to pay a higher amount of RAD for long-term accommodation. My husband has been to Estia Health for short term respite on three occasions. Patients always look clean, well dressed and groomed. I have found the staff are very kind, caring and obliging. They offer feedback and keep us informed of any concerns. My husband always seems settled and peaceful whenever he stays there.
My father has now passed on, but the staff at Estia Health will remain in our minds for being so caring and for making my fathers last year much more comfortable by their special care and kindness my father received. We the family were always made to feel welcome when visiting. We will miss the staff and residence that we all came to know and respect.
