My 98 year old mum is flourishing with the highly efficient care she receives. Health meals, fab activities, highly skilled & dedicated staff.
Thoroughly Recommend this facility. Our Mum stayed here for 2-weeks in late August 2022 for a Respite visit. The staff were lovely & caring . From the get-go the admissions staff (Deb & team) were calm & helpful explaining the process etc to us as this was our family's first interaction with residential care. Mum's clinical & personal care needs were certainly the priority for all staff & 100% Mum was well taken care of. Very unhelpful, wouldn't even tell me how my very dear friend was. If I had known he was at deaths door I would have caught the next flight down. Instead they inhumanely refused to say anything, like they were guarding state secrets and now he's passed away without me having the chance to say good bye.
Thank you to all the staff for their compassion and support they gave my mum (Marion Keane) and my family during the last days of my mum's life. All my family appreciate the support 🙏
