I have had quite a few properties and property managers over the years and Samantha at Woodards is by far the best. For over 10 years she has managed one of my most important assets. She makes the process as stress free as possible. She is professional, experienced, proactive and quick to respond to requests. She is also popular with our tenants. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional property manager.

It's been a couple months since we moved to our new rental apartment and so far so good! I have 0 complaints. Our property manager, Klarissa Millis, is one of the best property managers we've ever had. All maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner and any updates are communicated promptly. Highly recommended!
