High recommend Equip Rehab. I did the runners assessment with Ben when I started training for a marathon (my first). He assessed the way I ran and gave me personalized exercises to help strengthen areas I needed to work on. Thanks to him and his plan I got through the training injury free and even beat my expected time! Really professional and all round great guy. Will be back for sure
Started seeing Ben after injuring my neck and experiencing nerve pain and tingling down my arms. After just a few sessions the tingling disappeared and we have now moved on to identifying and strengthening other areas of my body that need improving. The exercises he gives you are uploaded to a handy app that has video instructions, which I found extremely useful.
