Epping plaza medical center has been serving my family for years and we are so grateful to them as they have never let us down. The receptionist are great and welcoming. Doctor Ali ziabari is one of the most reliable and professional doctor we have ever dealt with, he is so friendly and caring. We always book our appointments on line and the process is very easy and reliable. Best wishes to all and thank you so much for your grace , caring and loving support ❤️.

With Dr. Vinay I had an excellent experience. He explained me my condition clearly and patiently, making sure I understood every step of the process. His guidance truly helped me cope with the situation, and his empathy made a difficult time feel much more manageable. Dr. Vinay is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Truly the best doctor I have seen so far. Highly recommended!

I had a 20 min appointment booked with Dr Hemal Patel to discuss ongoing pain. However, after barely 10 minutes I was told my time was up and that I’d need to come back another day despite clearly booking a longer appointment. I was later told the appointment had been shortened by reception without any prior communication to me. I was in significant pain at the time and had to wait outside while other patients were seen, then return again just to partially continue the same consultation. I recently attended the podiatrist here and had never been here before. It is a large centre with xray, pathology, doctors...a one-stop shop! Reception staff were so nice. Very pleasant and friendly and walked me to the area I needed. Tracey the podiatrist was bright and bubbly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I visited the clinic on Friday evening with my son, who was experiencing testicular pain. The lady at reception was very kind and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with Dr. Vinay. We waited for over an hour past our scheduled appointment time, and despite this, he did not perform a physical examination of my son’s testicle.
