I’m honestly sick of this medical centre. Doesn’t matter how you book your appointment, online, over the phone or even in person, it’s never on time. You book for 11:30am? Don’t bother showing up before 12:30 because you’ll just be sitting there wasting your time. This place has no idea how to manage bookings or run a proper clinic. Me and my wife have been visiting this GP clinic since we moved to this area & we’ve given it more than enough chances. I would give no stars if I could. I presented to Dr Vinay Timothy with severe abdominal pain and a serious infection. I waited for nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to see him. He didn’t take my temperature. He didn’t examine my abdomen. He simply referred me to their in house clinic to obtain an urgent Ultrasound. A line out the door, reception staff, slow, don't care, need to be trained better or sacked. They don't care about the sick they have their heads up their bum. Work better

I’m writing this review for Dr Shafilqul Islam. I’ve visited a few bad doctors, some of them are rude, some others are useless, but this doctor is all in one. The worst experience in my life. He received me asking me “Tell me, what do you want”? while checking the time. I started talking about my problem. He was lazy to stand up from his chair and take my blood pressure, he was lazy to type on the keyboard. Apparently he is only prepared to treat people with the flu. I created an appointment with this clinnick because I was not able to get my herbal medication in time due to Easter public holidays, first thing I did was ask the receptionist if they could help with my situation which they agreed they could help. Long story short, I attend my appointment, the doctor made no effort to ask me any questions about my allergies or any other health issues and generally did not take any information from me before I spoke my current condition.
