With Dr. Vinay I had an excellent experience. He explained me my condition clearly and patiently, making sure I understood every step of the process. His guidance truly helped me cope with the situation, and his empathy made a difficult time feel much more manageable. Dr. Vinay is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Truly the best doctor I have seen so far. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by a nurse at this practice regarding my recent blood test results. After a very brief and unclear explanation of my results, I requested a hard copy from the practice. Despite the administration staff saying this was fine, nurse Norest Mashonganyika personally intervened to refuse the request, stating he 'didn't have to' provide them. ​I was told to simply 'get them from myGov.' I visited the clinic on Friday evening with my son, who was experiencing testicular pain. The lady at reception was very kind and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with Dr. Vinay. We waited for over an hour past our scheduled appointment time, and despite this, he did not perform a physical examination of my son’s testicle. A great centre with friendly and helpful reception staff and most services that one should need for their medical care under the one roof. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Vinay Timothy recently. A caring and thorough doctor that is very knowledgeable but he doesn't let his wisdom come across as arrogance like many doctors often do. He is friendly, personable and has a good sense of humour! A doctor i would definitely recommend to others.
