A great centre with friendly and helpful reception staff and most services that one should need for their medical care under the one roof. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Vinay Timothy recently. A caring and thorough doctor that is very knowledgeable but he doesn't let his wisdom come across as arrogance like many doctors often do. He is friendly, personable and has a good sense of humour! A doctor i would definitely recommend to others.

I feel so grateful to have a doctor like Dr.Vinay Timothy. His kind heart, genuine care, and attention to detail make such a difference every time I see him. I had premonition of visiting this centre and it turned out to be true thanks to GP Dr Vinay Timothy — the consultation was extremely disappointing. Dr Timothy, your rudeness was completely unnecessary. I approached you politely and respectfully, yet you kept cutting me off, acting superior, and judging me for simply explaining my symptoms. There was absolutely no need for your attitude. I think he thinks of himself as Dr House from that tv show

I’m from India, so I’ve seen arrogant doctors there before but Dr Vinay Timothy, you’ve somehow managed to bring that outdated superiority all the way to Australia. You asked me about my medical issues, and the moment I started explaining, so you could actually understand the situation but you cut me off, raised your voice, and spoke to me like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. I recently attended the podiatrist here and had never been here before. It is a large centre with xray, pathology, doctors...a one-stop shop! Reception staff were so nice. Very pleasant and friendly and walked me to the area I needed. Tracey the podiatrist was bright and bubbly and did a great job. Highly recommend!
