I’ve been to this clinic several times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The reception staff are unhelpful — I recently asked whether my test results had been sent through to my doctor, and the receptionist said she couldn’t even check. She told me to book an appointment instead, and if the results weren’t in, I’d have to book (and pay for) another one. It really comes across as money-driven rather than patient-focused. I feel so grateful to have a doctor like Dr.Vinay Timothy. His kind heart, genuine care, and attention to detail make such a difference every time I see him. My daughter had an iron infusion, and was looked after by nurse Jenny. Jenny was so kind, engaging and knowledgeable. She made the experience so pleasant and it felt like my daughter was talking to a friend. She shared her life experiences with my daughter and showed genuine interest and compassion towards her. I recently attended the podiatrist here and had never been here before. It is a large centre with xray, pathology, doctors...a one-stop shop! Reception staff were so nice. Very pleasant and friendly and walked me to the area I needed. Tracey the podiatrist was bright and bubbly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Doctor Vinay Timothy is one of the best doctors I ever seen. He is very knowledgeable. Apart from doctor , he is a mentor as well. My mother had stomach problems, skin problems, which wasn’t even resolved fully by specialists, but doctor vinay medicines and treatments worked so better for recovery of my mother.
