A great centre with friendly and helpful reception staff and most services that one should need for their medical care under the one roof. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Vinay Timothy recently. A caring and thorough doctor that is very knowledgeable but he doesn't let his wisdom come across as arrogance like many doctors often do. He is friendly, personable and has a good sense of humour! A doctor i would definitely recommend to others.

I recently attended the podiatrist here and had never been here before. It is a large centre with xray, pathology, doctors...a one-stop shop! Reception staff were so nice. Very pleasant and friendly and walked me to the area I needed. Tracey the podiatrist was bright and bubbly and did a great job. Highly recommend!
One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to. Came here for a simple vaccination for work and after waiting for an hour i was told the nurse had left early without telling anyone. I was told to come back the next day and I will 100% be seen but when I did they told me they didn’t show again. Calling to confirm appointments means nothing because you are put on hold longer than it takes to physically go there and confirm. I’ve been to this clinic several times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The reception staff are unhelpful — I recently asked whether my test results had been sent through to my doctor, and the receptionist said she couldn’t even check. She told me to book an appointment instead, and if the results weren’t in, I’d have to book (and pay for) another one. It really comes across as money-driven rather than patient-focused.
