I came to this clinic feeling disheartened and let down by the medical system, having no expectations I went in as a last hope. My visit surpassed my expectations and has given me hope, I feel heard and seen and was not treated like just a number. I was treated with kindness, care and with a genuine interest in helping me. I highly recommend this clinic and specifically Dr Alex Vertoudoukais, his medical knowledge and professionalism is amazing and I am grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor.
One star because I cannot put zero, receptionists are extremely rude and impatient. So many things about this clinic that are so questionable. Like how long they make you wait even though you have an appointment, the rude receptionists and questionable doctors. So many situations have happened at this clinic that have made me stop coming and going to the other Epping clinic (Epping medical/better service). Where to start? The staff at the reception were very rude and unprofessional. Despite having an appointment and arriving 15 minutes early, I experienced a 2-hour delay in the waiting area. I noticed people who arrived after me were admitted before me by the same doctor. When the doctor finally called my name, she didn't listen to me and dismissed my concerns, saying she couldn't check my blood pressure, heart rate, or any signs of fever. I booked for telehealth with my GP and I unable to see for standard 10 minutes consultation due to I had COVID and I had been isolated. I had been waiting nearly 2 hours for a phone call, when I received a called from GP and asked for my name and don't even give me a chance to talk and hung up, how disappointed is that and made me really pissed off.
Very bad experience with the ladies at the reception. There seems to be no communication and consistency between them with the doctors or the treatment nurses. I went in for my iron infusion. I saw the doctor first few days ago and they book me an appointment. On the day of the appointment as told by the doctor I went straight to the treatment room.
