I dont normally like to leave feedbacks but I have never felt so humiliated and judged as a mother the way I have been spoken to tonight. Dr Vinay telling me that he is testing me as a parent. And that "how can I not know" something about my daughter that I couldn't remember a medical term. Uhm, maybe because I do not work in a medical field like you do everyday? With Dr. Vinay I had an excellent experience. He explained me my condition clearly and patiently, making sure I understood every step of the process. His guidance truly helped me cope with the situation, and his empathy made a difficult time feel much more manageable. Dr. Vinay is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Truly the best doctor I have seen so far. Highly recommended!

Epping plaza medical center has been serving my family for years and we are so grateful to them as they have never let us down. The receptionist are great and welcoming. Doctor Ali ziabari is one of the most reliable and professional doctor we have ever dealt with, he is so friendly and caring. We always book our appointments on line and the process is very easy and reliable. Best wishes to all and thank you so much for your grace , caring and loving support ❤️.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by a nurse at this practice regarding my recent blood test results. After a very brief and unclear explanation of my results, I requested a hard copy from the practice. Despite the administration staff saying this was fine, nurse Norest Mashonganyika personally intervened to refuse the request, stating he 'didn't have to' provide them. ​I was told to simply 'get them from myGov.' I visited the clinic on Friday evening with my son, who was experiencing testicular pain. The lady at reception was very kind and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with Dr. Vinay. We waited for over an hour past our scheduled appointment time, and despite this, he did not perform a physical examination of my son’s testicle.
