I’m honestly sick of this medical centre. Doesn’t matter how you book your appointment, online, over the phone or even in person, it’s never on time. You book for 11:30am? Don’t bother showing up before 12:30 because you’ll just be sitting there wasting your time. This place has no idea how to manage bookings or run a proper clinic. Me and my wife have been visiting this GP clinic since we moved to this area & we’ve given it more than enough chances. I would give no stars if I could. I presented to Dr Vinay Timothy with severe abdominal pain and a serious infection. I waited for nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to see him. He didn’t take my temperature. He didn’t examine my abdomen. He simply referred me to their in house clinic to obtain an urgent Ultrasound. Their in house clinic was fully booked and despite the matter being labeled as urgent on the referral they had no interest in doing it an informed me that the next available time was the day after the next ... read more
I booked my first appointment with Dr. Vinay and arrived 15 minutes early. The receptionist informed me that the doctor hadn’t arrived yet. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes with my sick toddler in my arms, with no update on when the doctor would arrive or how much longer we would have to wait. I am extremely angry and frustrated. It shows a lack of respect and professionalism that the doctor didn’t even have the decency to notify us about the delay. How often does this happen?
Dr. Hossein Samaei is a very professional, patient, and kind general practitioner. He listens carefully to his patients and explains everything clearly before suggesting the best treatment. I’m very satisfied with my visit and highly recommend him.
A line out the door, reception staff, slow, don't care, need to be trained better or sacked. They don't care about the sick they have their heads up their bum. Work better
