Attended the urgent care centre at Epping this morning, great service. The centre is clean and easy to access. The nurses on the desk Jess and Sandy were polite, professional and helpful. We saw the doctor very quickly, and again friendly, professional and helpful, so thanks to Dr Emrana. We also needed to have a CT and again the staff were professional and friendly. All this done in just 2 hours. So much better than attending the ED dept, which is the way it should be freeing up the hospital for serious, life threatening... read more
Very thankful for urgent cares staff!!! Special mention to Alex, Sandy and the GP this evening! I had come in round 830pm with a cut that needed stitches, Alex and Sandybfrom start to finish were friendly, considerate of my needs (aswell as all other individuals who came into the building!) And were able to fit me in to see the GP for attention to my wounded finger. Considering the time of night and high demand their management and professionalism was outstanding. After an ebike accident, my son had terrible facial injuries. He was literally taken in within 3 seconds and treated with the best care I have ever experienced. We are so lucky to have such an incredible facility so close to home due to the Northern hospital always being so incredibly busy. Thank you so much, you truly are all angels xo
Took my sick son here last night. Had to wait but the staff were excellent. The 2 nurses on staff last night were so helpful and polite. Definitely recommend 😀
