The moment mum and I were greeted at reception desk and during the treatment, we were 100% satisfied. The best urgent care we had ever experienced, especially the staff (Jackie and Georgia) and the doctor were professional, kind and truly exceptional. They explained everything in detail, made us feel comfortable even though we came close to closing time, there was hardly any wait luckily. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I arrived at the clinic and listed my current symptoms, including extreme abdominal pain, cervical pain, back pain and more and got met with the response "so what's the emergency?" by a brunette woman, she said so with a massive attitude and smile on her face. I booked online to see a doctor there, when I arrived in time the reception told me I can't see your booking, but he said, don't worry you will see a doctor soon.i 4 minutes I see the doctor.
