Attended the urgent care centre at Epping this morning, great service. The centre is clean and easy to access. The nurses on the desk Jess and Sandy were polite, professional and helpful. We saw the doctor very quickly, and again friendly, professional and helpful, so thanks to Dr Emrana. We also needed to have a CT and again the staff were professional and friendly. All this done in just 2 hours. So much better than attending the ED dept, which is the way it should be freeing up the hospital for serious, life threatening... read more

Way faster then going to emergency. I broke my toe, and I am quite an anxious person. My new favourite nurse is Liz, she was at the front desk. She was so kind and caring, she checked in on me and even gave a lil nudge to the x-ray report coming though. She made this otherwise horrible experienceuch more tolerable. I was in and out in under 4 hours, including an x-ray!

Very bad place. Went there on 5th November with symptoms that I had since the 4th of November. The doctor basically told me well it is only 1 day and it likely goes away so I should not be worried. I begged for blood test referral as Otherwise I had to go to the GP the next day. He ended up giving it to me but I felt like he didn't wanted to give me referral. He told me to wait till Friday to do blood test if symptoms were still there but I ended up doing them on Thursday. I ended up going to the hospital on the 17th were I... read more

The website makes a lot of bold claims that the funding doesn't back up. I am immediately told my appointment means nothing and they only have one doctor and one nurse and they can't xray. It will be at least an hour before anyone can see me. I'm then asked to fill out a form to show the clinic is being used because it's getting shut down. Nurse sees me p quick but more just to say I should go to emergency. Feel bad for these folks they need mode funding The false advertising

Unpleasant and confusing experience. I checked several websites to get an understanding of what UCC treats and each one mentions ‘mild infections’. Went there as I suspect a small wound has a staph infection that I haven’t been able to get rid for almost 3 weeks and I was worried it was starting to grow again. The nurse was harsh and came across as somewhat scornful that I didn’t go to a standard GP practice. My usual practice is booked out for 2 weeks and the other places I contacted were either not taking new patients ... read more
