Dr Vivian hands down has been my family doctor for going on 6 years i have followed her from clinic to clinic and would follow her where ever she goes , I have never had a dr that cares is more compassionate n dedicated she sees my whole family from myself to husband and 2 young children she's fantastic with all of them she listens to what we are there for. I’ve visited this doctor a few years , and unfortunately, the wait time has consistently been over an hour past my scheduled appointment. While I understand things can run behind occasionally, this seems to be a regular issue, and it’s quite frustrating—especially when you make an effort to arrive on time. I hope the clinic can improve on time management or communication about delays, as the long waits make it difficult to plan around appointments.
You don’t deserve a star! You need to point shut down! Sent me a SMS confirming the appointment for 31 May 11:30 with Dr Martin. Get to the clinic and I am told the clinic is closed?? What the hell- it took me 2 hours to get here on a recommendation! Pathetic is an understatement!
Very disappointed with my recent experience. I booked an appointment a week in advance for my 2 years old daughter. The doctor said she would send the e-script to my phone, but it never arrived. I called at 4:30pm and was told it would be sent by the end of the day. At 6pm, I received a missed call and voicemail saying the e-script system wasn’t working and I needed to collect the prescription in person. I called back immediately but no one answered, and when I rushed to the centre, they were already closed. How am I suppose... read more
