I do not recommend Epping Healthcare, particularly for patients with type 1 diabetes. I attended an appointment with Dr Dona Jollychen to complete required VicRoads documentation. I clearly explained that the paperwork was urgent, as failure to submit it on time would result in my licence being suspended. I was assured that this was a straightforward process and that the doctor had completed it “over 100 times and it’ll take two minutes”. However, this information proved to be inaccurate. My experience with Dr. Vivian Ouraha was disappointing. I felt that she did not show adequate respect or provide thorough care. The consultation was extremely brief-less than a minute-and it seemed more focused on payment than on addressing my concerns. I arrived feeling healthy but left feeling worse about the situation. Overall, I would not recommend her based on my experience.

How much this clinic has declined! The receptionists are RUDE and they lie. You ask them to pass something on to the GP - knowing full well the GP will have no issue with this - and they constantly say no, and then lie and say they did. You check with the GP at your next appointment, and they don't know what you're talking about. They'll be quick to take your money though! Dr Vivian hands down has been my family doctor for going on 6 years i have followed her from clinic to clinic and would follow her where ever she goes , I have never had a dr that cares is more compassionate n dedicated she sees my whole family from myself to husband and 2 young children she's fantastic with all of them she listens to what we are there for. I’ve visited this doctor a few years , and unfortunately, the wait time has consistently been over an hour past my scheduled appointment. While I understand things can run behind occasionally, this seems to be a regular issue, and it’s quite frustrating—especially when you make an effort to arrive on time. I hope the clinic can improve on time management or communication about delays, as the long waits make it difficult to plan around appointments.
