Rick Lee was the service technician. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and also efficient. He explained what he was doing and highlighted points of interest and fortunately only one of concern. It was a pleasure having him conduct the work, generate and send to my Email address the report and identify additional work to top up the reticulation system as a priority.

Adam came back to do our annual check. He arrived on time on the day booked, did a thorough termite inspection (including roof cavity and under house) followed by a pest treatment inside and out. Adam is very polite and pleasant and meticulous and is happy to answer any questions. Thank you for a great job!
