One of my Home care package client referred to Empower Healthcare OT assessment on 19/09. I havew followed up with the OT via email on 23rd of Sep to ensure all equipment list was sent to her and she was well aware what equipment the client needed. I have no response and I followed up via email on 2nd of Oct and call Empower healthcare to escalate this matter. My wife has been getting excellent care from her Empower Physio Louise. They have bonded well which is important for the infirm elderly.
Starting 35 days of respite care for my mother-in-law, tomorrow, Wednesday. So it is too early to give a 5 Star. So far things are calm transparent and positive.
From our 1st conversation everything has run smoothly and I would highly recommend the agency our OT Charles is so wonderful
